You have the opportunity to book private nutrition classes or participate in group classes. The course lasts for 8 weeks and usually takes place twice a week for 90 minutes instead. In my courses, they learn the following things:
- What, when and how much I can take every day to me to achieve my goals?
- As I eat durable, healthy and balanced?
- How do I lose the fastest and most durable body fat?
- How do I gain lean muscle mass?
- How can I prepare my food, because I have little time?
- What foods should I ever have at home?
If they hire me as their personal nutrition coach, the support goes a bit deeper into detail. Besides the above mentioned things, we will also:
- Perform a health check
- Body mass and body fat percentage and BMI set
- Go shopping together
- Cooking together
- Together train
- Regular re-testing perform
